John S. Weadock Sr.
John has been in the insurance business for over 40 years, in various sales, management and executive positions. For over 20 years, he was an integral part of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan team, specializing in employee benefits programs. More recently, he served as president of a large regional independent agency where his primary responsibility was to manage the employee benefit division of the company. In 2002, John established and is sole owner of Weadock and Associates, LLC an independent multiple line insurance agency that specializes in Employee Benefit programs and Business Insurance.

John is respected for his commitment to providing a very high level of service to his clients. Thus, his client retention is outstanding, including some clients that have been with him since the late 1960's. His clients have included a very diverse group of industries and associations on both local and national levels. James M. Blackburn
A native of East Grand Rapids, Jim has been a business owner and developer for over 25 years. He has a long history of community service, serving on various boards. He specializes in Employee Benefits, Property, Casualty and Medical Malpractice. Jim has been in the insurance industry for 35 years. William Grzesiak, CLTC, CSA, LTCGS
Bill has been in the insurance industry over 40 years as an insurance company marketing and sales officer, employee benefits consultant, agency owner and underwriting officer. Bill has worked in Long Term Care since 1991 marketing, designing and consulting with insurance carriers, corporations and banking associations on both Individual and Group Long Term Care products.

At Weadock and Associates, LLC, Bill utilizes his knowledge of the Long Term Care market by finding the appropriate insurance carrier and developing a program that meets the specific needs of the client. He provides and maintains the program with any needed changes or enhancements for the client and their employees. These enhancements may include product, underwriting, enrollment and administrative.
